Today Mark Hubinger, Robert Epstein and I found a LeConte's Sparrow in the parking lot area of DeLaurier at Point Pelee National Park. I was at Pelee two days ago and the volume of passerines today was down 80% from then. Our trio arrived at the tip just in time to miss a Red Phalarope that the huddled group of birders had seen off the east side of the tip. One Surf Scoter was still in close on the east side of the tip.

Cheers,
