Gillian Horgan and I found the Little Blue Heron reported at the Richmond Rd wetland yesterday. We were there at 11 a.m Thursday (today). The bird was out of sight and then fluttered up briefly into view. A few minutes later it flew up to a tree at the back of the marsh.

We went south on Power Dam Rd (which is a 401 exit), then right on Cornwall Centre Rd as far as Vincent Massey Highway 2 . . then right on Richmond to railway tracks. Marsh is on left . . parking extremely difficult.
