A tour of several lagoons east of Ottawa yielded an immature Red-necked
Phalarope at Embrum, good habitat but few waders at Casselman, and good numbers
of duck, as per previous posts, at Alfred, the latter including 2 broods of
downy young Ruddy Duck and one brood of Redhead.
