Birders, although this is a second-hand report, and is now 3 days old, I thought it would be worthwhile reporting that an American White Pelican was seen on Lake Scugog just north of the King's Bay Estates, which are near Seagrave (north of Port Perry). I don't know for sure if this bird was on the water or flying over but...
