Greetings Ontbirders At 7:30 tonight Doug McRae, Hugh Reid and I relocated the Piping Plover on the gravel spit at Owen Pt. I was only able to make out one orange band on the upper left leg.
Well trying to get the rest of the bands unfortunately two kayakers paddled between Owen Pt and Gull island spooking all birds.
