There is a singing male Cerulean Warbler high in the treetops at Bronte Cemetary, also here were Magnolia, Nashville, Black-throated Blue and many yellow-rumped warblers. Shell Park this morning had a Wilson's, Canadas, Tennessee, Cape May, Northern Parula and other common warblers
Directions to Bronte Cemetary and Shell park Get off QEW at Burloak Drive exit and drive south towards the lake, it becomes Great Lakes Drive. Stay on that to Lakeshore road and turn left at Lakeshore, then make the first left into the park. The best spot is behind the garden plots, there is a little woodlot, over the first creek bridge. Bronte Cemetary is found a little further along Lakeshore Road to the east at the bottom of West Street. Photo of the Cerulean Warbler can be seen at my photo website at http://www.flickr.com/photos/andrew-don/ _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
