Two Pine Warblers, the first warblers of the spring here at Cape Hurd, were observed flitting about in the trees around our clearing late this afternoon.

Cape Hurd (near Tobermory) forms the extreme north-western tip of the Bruce Peninsula and is squarely on a major Ontario migration route, resulting in strong numbers of migrants and interesting rarities.
