I looked out into my backyard tonite at 7:30pm only to discover a male Wild
Turkey wandering around. It eventually flew back and forth between my yard and
a few of the neighbours yards as it grazed from time to time on the lawns in
each yard.

This is kind of a strange bird to see here as there are no fields or extensive
wooded areas to call home in the area and my house backs onto the busy 401. Who
knows where it came from?

It was last seen around 8:45pm towards the Midland Rd end of Marilake Drive.

For those remotely interested, Marilake Drive is a horseshoe shaped road which
runs east-west between Midland and Brimely Rd just north of the 401 in
Scarborough (Toronto).

Good luck for those who venture out.
