Weather:
Sun peeked through for about half an hour, but other than that a cloudy
day, winds out of the WSW at 22 - 38 km/hr, steady temperature in the 11
degree range.

Raptor Observations:
Much better than expected given the weather forecast with 7 species and 29
birds.

Non-raptor Observations:
Almost no other migration except 2 Mourning Doves, 3 Robins and a flock of
9 Cedar Waxwings.

Predictions:
A mix of sun and cloud. Clearing late in the day. High 9C. Winds W at 8 -
15 km/hr.
