The Greater White-fronted Goose, reported by Dave Martin earlier this week, is still present at L. Whitaker, which is just in Middlesex county. fFrom 401 take Elgin Road, which was Highway 73, south towards Aylmer. Go through Harrietsville to Avon road. Turn left, (East), and go until you see the park signed. Turn in, and park near entrance gate. Then walk left. You can see many geese in water or on bank opposite. It was 1/3 up the bank, not far from a blue barrel when I saw it at 11.30a.m. Eastern Comma in park, and a Garter snake trying to warm up.
