I've received a couple of enquiries about the provenance of the banded
Loggerhead Shrike near Port Burwell / Houghton Centre. Others may be
interested as well.
Yesterday, Ross Snider was able to see the full suite of four bands on
this bird. He checked with the Eastern Loggerhead Shrike Recovery Team
and was told that this bird was from the second clutch of one of the
captive pairs at Carden. It was released September 2 at Carden Alvar.
