Jim McCoy, Olga Klekner, and Rachael Sussman also came out. Weather: Low overcast skies with a few breaks in the clouds at times. West-northwest to Northwest winds at 8 to 18 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Temps. ranged from 11 to 14C. Visibility fair to excellent. Raptor Observations: Some raptors, particularly Sharpies, starting to move again with reduced winds and only scattered light drizzle. Non-raptor Observations: Predictions: Overcast to partly cloudy skies with Northwest winds at 5 to 15 mph. High of 13C. Calming winds and clearing skies should result in a significant flight.
