Weather:
Early light NW winds shifted to straight N. Temp made it to 23C with low
humidity for the day. Cloud cover was almost complete to start the day then
slowly broke out to a mix of sun and broken cloud.
Raptor Observations:
A total of 613 raptors tallied. Just 58 Broadwings with the highlight being
8 Peregrines.
Non-raptor Observations:
