The ponds at the north east corner of Colborne St and Highway #35 have a lot of birds at the moment. This is just north west of Lindsay. At 10:30 this morning we saw the following shorebirds: 16 Golden Plover, 1 Black-bellied Plover, 2 Pectoral Sandpipers, 1 Semi-palmated Sandpiper, 5 Snipe, 5 Greater Yellowlegs and at least 50 Killdeer.
