At about 8:00 AM this morning, while having coffee at my cottage ..I noticed a rather large white bird resting just south of Tic Island, near Harwood. After taking a closer look through my binoculars, it was obvious that it was a white pelican. I took several pictures with my Pentax DSLR and a 400 mm Bushnell lens ...I have added a few of those shots to this e-mail.
