Highlights of reports received May 14 through May 21 from the Niagara Frontier Region include SUMMER TANAGER, CLAY-
 COL. SPARROW, SNOWY EGRET and NOR. SAW-WHET OWL.

From the Lake Ontario Plains, May 17 and 18, an immature male SUMMER TANAGER at Golden Hill State Park in the Niagara County Town of Somerset. From the campsite entrance road, hike east along the small creek to the bridge.

 May 16, at Wilson-Tuscaurora State Park in Wilson, a CLAY-
COL. SPARROW, west of the fish cleaning station. On the 15th, SNOWY EGRET still at the west end of Dunkirk Harbor. At Tifft Nature Preserve in Buffalo, May 15, a NOR. SAW-WHET OWL on the Service Road north of the boardwalk.

 Only three reports of single COMMON NIGHTHAWKS this week.

Twenty eight warbler species this week included a "LAWRENCE'S WARBLER" in a yard in the Town of Holland. First report of PRAIRIE WARBLER this season from private property in Cherry Creek. An unexpected CERULEAN WARBLER in a yard in Wilson. PINE WARBLERS at Krull Park in Olcott and Saint Columbans in Sheridan. Also in Sheridan, a total of 22 warbler species on the railroad bed trail off Center Road. WHITE-EYED VIREOS were also found in Cherry Creek and on the railroad trail.

Later arrivals this week included YELLOW-B. FLYCATCHER at Amherst State Park and Hunters Creek Park in the Town of Wales, ACADIAN FLYCATCHER at Wheelers Gulf in Pomfret, and several reports of BLACK-BILLED CUCKOO, YELLOW-BILLED CUCKOO, EASTERN WOOD-PEWEE, PHILADELPHIA VIREO and GRAY-
 CHEEKED THRUSH.

RED-HEADED WDPKR. pairs at two locations - the mouth of Silver Creek in Chautauqua County, and in the dead trees at 5907 Old Lakeshore Road in the Town of Hamburg. Single RED-
 HEADED WDPKRS. at Lake Erie State Park in Portland and in a  yard in Wilson.

Other reports - LONG-TAILED DUCK, RED-BR. MERGANSER and COMMON LOON still on Lake Ontario. An immature GLAUCOUS GULL off Krull Park in Olcott. LINCOLN'S SPARROW in a yard in Holland. WHITE-CR. SPARROWS at several locations. Flock of PINE SISKINS still at some feeders and the Lake Erie and Ontario shores. And a unique white-spotted AMERICAN ROBIN in the Town of Newfane.
