Hi All, I'm reporting these Great Egrets for Bernd Krueger, who is not an Ontbirder.
"We saw two Great Egrets in a marsh/bog behind the first group of houses on the east side of the Third Line (second intersection east of road 13) north of the Euphrasia-Artemesia townline(about 1/2 km north of the T-intersection). This T-intersection is two concessions east of the intersection with road 13 than runs south to Eugenia." Directions: Start address: 3rd Line; End address: Grey Rd 13 Start at: 3rd Line 1. Head north on 3rd Line toward Sideroad 7B - 3.2 km 2. Turn left at Sideroad 7B - 3.1 km 3. Turn right at Grey Rd 13 - 6.5 km Arrive at: Grey Rd 13 "We saw two more Great Egrets, one in the Beaver River and one in a grassy flat along the river. The specific area is west of Ravenna, where the Beaver Valley Road 13 makes a sharp east turn as you drive towards Thornbury. So, if you follow the road from Ravenna west, it ends at the Beaver Valley road. Follow the Beaver Valley Road west down the hill to the sharp bend south. The birds were in that area on the west side of the Beaver Valley Road."
