It was a quiet late afternoon in the river @Greenway Park in London. However, 4 Hooded Mergansers (2 male, 2 female) made the highlight of the gloomy day (Feb 25). We also spotted 2 female Goldeneyes, 3 Buffleheads, a Great Blue Heron flying across the water, 2 Black Ducks, a few Mallard and Canada Geese.
The sightings were made along the park pathway beside Greenway Pollution Plant. Greenway Park is located on Springbank Drive, between Wharncliff and Wonderland road.
