Weather:
Mostly sunny, -2 to 0C, fairly stong winds out of W or WNW.

Raptor Observations:
Mostly Redtails well off to the the north and flying north-westerly. A
Juvenile Northern Goshawk flew between my truck and the tower, maybe 3
metres off the ground, as I was pulling on my wind pants after first
arriving this morning.

Non-raptor Observations:
During the first couple hours there were many small flocks of Am. Goldfinch
& Pine Sisken, a couple Northern Flickers, one flock of 7 Tundra Swan later
in the day.

Predictions:
Cloudy skies. High 1C. Winds SW at 12 to 20 km/hr.
