Weather:
Very cold and blustery during entire count period.  Winds sstayed out of
WNW all day.  Extremely dark cloud cover

Raptor Observations:
Redtails were fairly regular throughout day.  Hilite was a dark morph tail.

Non-raptor Observations:
goldfinches;small flock of snow buntings flying by;Carolina wren
calling;4-5 flickers flew by;still quite a few ducks in the rapidly
shrinking water areas

Predictions:
NW winds, sunny in morning, switching to W afternoon.  Should be a good
one!
