There was a Barrow's Goldeneye (male) at 1:40 in the Rideau River, north of the 417 footbridge. He was then about level with the parking lot at the south end of North River Rd. Nick von Maltzahn Directions (from NeilyWorld): From Highway 417 (The Queensway) take exit 117 (Vanier Parkway). Go northwest 1.2 km to Donald Street and turn left or west onto it. Proceed 0.5 km to North River Road.
