Visitors:
Right!

Weather:
Rainy, strong winds out of NNW gusting up to 35 km/hr, temperature 8C
dropping to 6C.

Raptor Observations:
One male Northern Harrier low over the marsh shortly after 9. A Kestrel
came out of the woods over the trout pond around 9:30, did a flutter flight
and turned around and went back.

Non-raptor Observations:
Other than the observation that the state of my mental capacity needs to be
examined for standing out there for 3 hours, not much. Dozens of small
flocks of black birds and finches attempted to migrate. All flew west over
the tower, but then flew back east after getting out over the marsh or the
lake.

Predictions:
85% chance of rain in AM, winds out of NNW at 20-30 km/hr, high of 2C.
