Medium SW winds and A rising BP and a TUV=2 were encouraging, but medium SW
winds along the lakefront did not suggest a flight of migrating raptors--this
held true throughout a morning that had 10 observers and as many as 15
visitors.

Highlight non-raptors--male EASTERN TOWHEE, 2 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS, 14 WHITE-WINGED
CROSSBILLS, EASTERN BLUEBIRD, many PINE SISKINS, N.SHRIKE, imm. WHITE-CROWNED
SPARROW. Among the WATERFOWL on the wetland in front of us--PIED-BILLED GREBE,
n.pintail, n.shoveler, gadwall, green-winged teal, mallard, black duck,
AM.WIGEON, AM.COOT, GOLDENEYE, BUFFLEHEAD, GOLDENEYE. Overhead a BLUE SNOW
GOOSE came through with many Canada Geese.
