Visitors:

Weather:
Sunny conditions dominated todays weather with little or no cloud cover
seen during the day. Winds were strong and brisk from the east-southeast.
Raptor Observations:
Although not quite at the pace of yesterdays flight, the migration today
was perhaps surprisingly good given the conditions. Along with another
decent TV flight and good Red-tail showing, onlookers today were treated to
views of a couple of Golden Eagles and two Rough-legs including the first
dark morph of the season.
Non-raptor Observations:
A group of seven Tundra Swans were the first of this species to be seen at
the watch this fall. Other sightings of note were a Blackpoll Warbler and a
tardy Monarch.
