Weather:
Cloudy, cool, wind SE less than 5 mph. Rain started at 1 PM EST

Raptor Observations:
SE wind (death wind); approaching cold front with steady rains; substantial
bird movement of all types the previous day. I should not be surprised with
it being a slow day. Did get the token sharp-shin and the wandering bald
eagles. A harrier and red-tail rounded out the short list for the day.

Non-raptor Observations:

Predictions:
Most likely rain with some birds moving through later in the AM.
