Rain started at 1 PM EST Raptor Observations: SE wind (death wind); approaching cold front with steady rains; substantial bird movement of all types the previous day. I should not be surprised with it being a slow day. Did get the token sharp-shin and the wandering bald eagles. A harrier and red-tail rounded out the short list for the day.
