On Friday, we observed a flock of Canada Geese on the front lawn of the
Dupont Plant in Kingston, Ontario. One goose caught our eye -- unlike its
counterparts, it was smaller, had a brown rather than a black neck, and
overall, a more muted-brown body. Photos of this goose next to a Canada are
at:

Is this an immature Canada Goose, some sort of variation on a Canada Goose,
or a hybrid?
Cheers,
