Hi all Joe Johnston of Wiarton, asked me to post this on ontbirds. This morning while out birding he found a Dickcissel. The bird was seen approx. 9 km north of Ferndale on Hwy #6 on the east side of the road along a ditch. It is near the PJ Store at Monument Corners.
