Hello Ontbirders,
Spent the long weekend birding the Presqu'ile Provincial Park area. The warbler watching was great with 22 species on May 18 including Canada, Mourning, Wilson's, Bay-breasted and a Louisiana Waterthrush today, May 19 along Jobes' Woods Trail. The highlight of the trip was a Snowy Egret on May 18 spotted by my son Ben at Salt Point. It was enjoyed by many of the birders in the park. Other species of note included 9 Red-throated Loon ( 8 in breeding plumage) on May 18 off Beach #1,
2 Great Egret both May 18, 19., and 1 Whimbrel May 18, Owen Point.
                                                   good birding, Bruce

Directions: To reach Presqu'ile Provincial Park, take exit #509 off Hwy.401

the Park are shown on a map at the back of a tabloid that is normally
