On our way to looking for the Mottled Duck this morning, Mike and I found an
adult Laughing Gull in a field opposite Wheatley Harbour. We saw the bird at
7:10am and watched it for several minutes before making our way south to
Hillman. When we returned at 8:15am the bird was gone.

At Hillman the Mottled Duck was seen, as well as a first-summer Little Gull.

Directions for Laughing Gull: head south from Muddy Creek on Milo Street,
the bird was on the west side of Milo at Kay Street (the first road).

Good birding,
