Hi All,

For those birders interested, there is a Northern Harrier in west St. Catharines. It can be observed from 5th Avenue Louth between 3rd Street Louth and 1st Street Louth. My wife and I observed today (Jan. 5) at 3:15 pm. It was observed landing on top of a mound of grape vines north of 5th Ave.
