Today, Sunday, Dec 16, 2007 at 9am EST the black throated grey warbler spotted originally by Ron Allenson was seen again following two below zero nights and the worst storm of the year. Four people - Donna and Andy Eveland of Tillsonburg, and Joe and Andrea Stephenson of Port Burwell saw it close-up. It was foraging in the areas stated before. We were able to approach - nay, it approached to us within 24 to 36 inches as it foraged at ground level in clumps of long grass surrounded by snow.

Please respect this rare bird.
