At 11:30 am I found a male and female Harlequin Duck actively feeding among
a small group of Buffleheads off the second concrete jetty just west of
Saddington Park (this is part of the waterfront trail). They were quite
close to shore and easily seen through binoculars. This pair no doubt the
one I found about two weeks ago at the same location and hopefully they will
stick around for the CBC next saturday!

Directions:
The west parking lot of Saddington Park can be access directly from the
southern extension of Mississauga Road south of Lakeshore. Follow the
chain-link fence south onto the trail which follows the south side of the
lake. The jetty is only about 150 meters further west.
