Weather:
Temperatures from 4C - 6C, cloudy with light rain starting to fall around
11 a.m., light winds out of the SE, E or S.

Raptor Observations:
Wind conditions were not conducive to raptor movement although had 18
Red-tailed Hawks.

Non-raptor Observations:
Two good birds in the last half hour with a Northern Shrike and a Bohemian
Waxwing in a flock of about 40 Cedar Waxwings in the trees on the east side
of the pond due east of the tower.

Predictions:
Mostly clear skies. High 4C, Winds NE at 15 to 24 km/h
