Raptor Observations: Wind conditions were not conducive to raptor movement although had 18 Red-tailed Hawks. Non-raptor Observations: Two good birds in the last half hour with a Northern Shrike and a Bohemian Waxwing in a flock of about 40 Cedar Waxwings in the trees on the east side of the pond due east of the tower. Predictions: Mostly clear skies.
