I've just received word this morning from one of our remote field
stations on Long Point that two Cave Swallows were seen well on
Saturday. While this is a couple of weeks earlier than the pattern of
recent years, it does fit well with the strong low pressure system,
accompanied by strong southwest winds, that moved quickly out of Texas
late last week and passed through Ontario on Friday.

It might be a bit early for really large numbers but it seems that there
a few Cave Swallows in the province.
