Hi everyone,
I've had a couple of email requests for an update regarding the Northern Wheatear at Shrewsbury so I thought I would post what I know. I worked today but went to the site about 4:45 this afternoon. I met a couple of young guys from Michigan who just started looking as well. I stayed for about 15 minutes without seeing any sign of the bird. We walked around the path where it spent the last 2 days but we were unsuccessful. Until today, it was very easy to find in that exact location. It was the only time I went today (and wasn't able to stay very long) and I haven't heard of others searching, so as far as I know, it may have moved on. If anyone knows anything to the contrary, please post so that others may go. Thanks,
Steve

Directions:
Hwy. 401 to exit 101. (it's the Rondeau P.P. exit). Head south towards Rondeau. About 1 km from the end, turn right (west) on New Scotland Line ( a church at the corner) and follow it to the village of Shrewsbury. Go 2 roads past the stop sign and turn left - this is Brock St. Go to the end of the road where it meets Rondeau Bay and search the area just before the dock.
