Weather:
Day started out warm sunny, practiclly clouldless, and winds out of the SW.
Mid-day, a drastic change brought LOTS of clouds, eventual WNW winds, but
no real increase in raptors
Raptor Observations:
10 osprey and 6 merlins provided most of the excitement for the day. The
last merlin was a female who came thru close to the tower, clutching and
feeding upon a dragonfly as she flew by us.
Non-raptor Observations:
29 chim swifts entertained throughout the day. Only 2 hummingbirds were
noted flying by
Predictions:
should be a dandy as NW winds are predicted
