Today at 5 pm had great views of a juvenile Buff-breasted Sandpiper on
a sod field on the s.w. corner of 15th Sideroad at 11 th Line, east of
Tottenham. The bird was feeding along the edge of the turf about 130
metres from the edge of the sideroad, along with 2 Horned Larks. On
the field were also 10 Black-bellied Plovers, 20+ Killdeer and over
  100 Ring-billed Gulls.
Nearby on the 10th Line were 25 BB Plovers and 5 Golden Plovers.
Directions : To reach this area from Toronto, go north on #400, or
#27, or # 50. On reaching Highway 9, head towards Tottenham or Beeton.
North of these towns find 9th Line. Head east to 15th Sideroad. Go
north to 10th and 11th Lines.
