Waterfowl was everywhere this morning at Hullett Marsh. Highlights included a
Horned Grebe and hundreds of late Tundra Swans in the Marsh. Walking the
dykes, numerous species of waterfowl were observed. Species included a dozen
Wood Ducks, Mallards, hundreds of Northern Pintail, lots of American Wigeon,
Green-winged Teal, Redhead, Ring-necked Duck, Bufflehead, and Hooded and Common
Merganser. The sky over the marsh was filled with ducks, geese and Tundra
Swans. Quite a site.

A number of Golden-crowned Kinglet were seen as well moving into the area.
