Hi all,
Just to let you know the Western Grebe is still on show. I watched the bird
at close range at about 13:00 hrs. this afternoon. If you walk out along the
outer southern road the bird is just offshore from the small blue box which,
in turn, is to be found where the said road veers to the right and back to
the main road. Also on the spit were Horned Grebe, the usual fine selection
of ducks and a Glaucous Gull. Bit grim though what with all the rain and
such like...
