To my amazement this morning while looking at my bird feeder I had 2 massive
flocks of robins and another fairly large flock of cardinals come through my
yard almost in succession. Only minutes apart. Does anyone know when these
birds are supposed to be returning north? This was completely new to me, I've
never seen robins coming through this early. I live on Wedgewood crt which is
just off Forest hill and Parkhill in Pterborough.

At 4:15 p.m. today (Monday) I saw a male Barrow's Goldeneye at the
address below. Birders are welcome to go around the house to view
whatever open water there is, but are warned that the path is very
slippery and I cannot be responsible for any accidents.
