Weather:
Overcast conditions early cleared to almost clear skies by late morning.
Some mid afternoon cloud cover pushed in ahead of a weak front forecast
for the overnight and tomorrow. Winds were mostly light and from the
south-southwest early becoming south-southeast in late morning.
Uncharacteristically the winds dropped to almost nothing in the early
afternoon and switched to almost due east.

Raptor Observations:
A somewhat slow flight was seen today, certainly in contrast to the last
few days with much of the movement well to the north. This flight line was
modified somewhat, shifting towards the count area when the wind dropped
off in early afternoon before the migration shut down altogether in mid
afternoon.
