Weather:
Mostly cloudy for the first couple of hours then clearing with a layer of
cirrostratus invading in the afternoon.  Winds from the Southeast and
temps from 6-13 C. 

Raptor Observations:
After a slow start a good run of birds just after the sun broke through
dropping of sharply in the afternoon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Bluebirds and Robins were some of the few passerines moving.   Tundra
Swans, Shovelers, Pintails, Coots, Gadwall, Green-winged Teal, Black Ducks
and PB Grebes where some of the birds seen in the marsh.

Predictions:
Cloudy with the chance of a few light showers in the morning. South winds
at 20 kph decreasing after noon.  Morning temp near 7 rising to 12 in the
afternoon.
