Weather:
Overcast with occasional breaks. Temperature in the single digits with
moderate westerly winds.

Raptor Observations:
No sun and no lift for the buteos today but a good run of TVs and Sharpies
with a few falcons.

Non-raptor Observations:
Good numbers of Sparrows, Goldfinches, Kinglets, Thrushes and Yellow Rumps
in the park.   

Predictions:
Mainly sunny in the morning with a mix of sun and could in the afternoon. 
Northwesterly winds with a high of around 9C.  TVs and Buteos should be on
the move.
