We received a report of a Great Egret being seen at 9 am this morning. We saw it from 10:15 to 11:15. The egret has a red band above its knee on the left leg, and a gray band at the foot of the right leg. The red band is number "28Y". Would someone let me know how to get the information about this band?
Directions: It is located just east of Birch Point Marina on Lakeshore Rd (Kawartha Lakes road #24) in the City of Kawartha Lakes. More specifically it is 2.6 km from the bridge on road 24 at Bobcaygeon or if coming from the west it is 8.8 km from road 24 and Kawartha Lakes Road #36 (highway #36) near Dunsford.
