Too many messages could cause people to stop reading. If you have questions about a sighting ask the poster directly, please don't post comments or questions on Ontbirds. If someone has questions about your Ontbirds message respond to them directly, you should only respond to the list if you can add new information that cannot be easily answered by searching an atlas or the internet. If you receive an email about your Ontbirds message that you feel is inappropriate, let the coordinator know (that's me). For Ontbirds to be effective, posts should focus on what was seen and how birds seen might be relocated. --- Mark Cranford ONTBIRDS Coordinator Mississauga, Ontario [EMAIL PROTECTED] 905 279 9576 From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Dec 21 09:11:20 2005 Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Delivered-To: [email protected] Received: from spartan.ac.BrockU.CA (spartan.ac.BrockU.CA [139.57.65.4]) by king.hwcn.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 6A4D4650F1 for <[email protected]>; Wed, 21 Dec 2005 09:11:20 -0500 (EST) Received: from LIB02MJT ([139.57.125.110]) by spartan.ac.BrockU.CA (8.12.8/8.12.8) with ESMTP id jBLEBJu1012168 for <[email protected]>; Wed, 21 Dec 2005 09:11:19 -0500 Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> From: "Marcie Jacklin" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "'ontbirds'" <[email protected]> Date: Wed, 21 Dec 2005 09:17:45 -0500 MIME-Version: 1.0 X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook, Build 11.0.6353 Thread-Index: AcYF99qW9KUGY1jdQE+ZWRuAXGb+7Q== X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2180 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Content-Filtered-By: Mailman/MimeDel 2.1.1 Subject: [Ontbirds]St. Catharines CBC summary X-BeenThere: [email protected] X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 21 Dec 2005 14:11:20 -0000 Hi everyone Here are the preliminary results for the St. Catharines CBC held on Sunday December 18th. It just sat on the fence for about a minute or two before flying away.... We hadn't seen a mockingbird for a little over a month, so not sure if its hanging around the area or not... Also had a Cooper's Hawk about an hour earlier than that, gave the squirrels a fright... take it easy Steve Gillis and Karina Dykstra _________________________________________________________________ Designer Mail isn't just fun to send, it's fun to receive.
