Greetings we had a varied thrush appear in a backyard in NewLiskeard yesterday and a rufous sided towhee in Latchford last week. Roughlegged hawks can still be found in our area and pine and evening grosbeaks can be found near most feeders in the area. There have no reports of any other winter finches or crossbills in our area and I have not had any recent reports of waxwings despite abundant fruit on crabs and mountain ash trees. Happy birding
