Hi Everyone
Today, November 20, 2005, my son Ben and I observed a flock of 120+ Bohemian Waxwings near our home in Carp. They were feeding in a crabapple tree and eating berries on a juniper tree. There was also 4 Evening Grosbeaks feeding on Manitoba maple keys. Yesterday afternoon, at Britannia Pier, a flock of 7 Pine Grosbeaks were feeding in a crabapple tree. On Friday, Nov.18th I had 2 Common Redpolls fly over calling and a flock of 6 White-winged Crossbills feeding in a spruce at my home The Carolina Wren is still hanging around our back ravine.
                                                               good birding
