Clear skies gradually clouded over as the day progressed.  Brisk N-Ne winds
and the temperature ranged from 6 to 12 C.

Raptor Observations:
A good flow of migrants today.

Non-raptor Observations:
A steady stream of American Crows all day with a trickle of Blue Jays.
Local birds of note included 3 Common Snipe.

Predictions:
Cloudy in the morning with showers developing near noon.  Moderate NE winds
and high reaching near 10C.
