Total observation time: 7 hours

Official Counter: Calvin Brennan

Observers: Terry Angevine

Weather:
Today began clear and sunny with light west winds. Cloud cover gradually
built into the area during the afternoon ahead of the tonight’s predicted
showers. Winds were moderate out of the south during the afternoon. Some
light rain was falling at the end of the count.

Raptor Observations:
The flight was light overall and much of it to the north, petering out
altogether once the heavier cloud moved in. TVs again dominated the
migration with some sizable groups coming through during the late morning
and early afternoon. With today’s total, a new season record was
established, surpassing the old mark of 73,886 set in 2003.
