Visitors: Thanks to Ed, Tom T, Colin, Keith and anyone else whose name didn't make the list for helping our Su again today. :) Weather: Tough sky again today with nary a cloud in sight! Temp to a high of 20 but a mostly light W wind eventually switching to SW. Raptor Observations: A smaller flight today with a total of 148 raptors. Non-raptor Observations: Predictions: A moderate to strong SW wind is predicted for Wednesday...which could be good timing for Peregrines along the cliff. By Thursday the winds are forecast to switch to the NW and could reach gale force. This would mean a real push of birds down to the shoreline. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Dave Brown ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.on.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm Site Description: Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch: Oldest Hawkwatch in Ontario - since 1931 - located just east of Port Stanley on the cliff overlooking Lake Erie Directions to site: >From east 401, take the Highbury south cut off at London, follow Highbury (Hwy 30) south to St. Thomas.
